Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Paralegal I to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience related to Trust and Estates, a bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. This role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization, as well as the ability to interact professionally with staff, attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and help manage projects, materials, and information related to the practice group.
  • Perform various tasks such as drafting basic documents, proofreading, assembling materials for binders, preparing packages, and writing cover memos and execution instructions.
  • Monitor deadlines, work with Calendar Court Services, and provide email reminders of upcoming deadlines.
  • Prepare flowcharts, summaries of estate plans, valuations of assets, insurance transfer and claim forms, beneficiary designation, transfer, and claim forms, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorney.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience related to Trust and Estates.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $69,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support, and tailored learning and development opportunities designed to help you realize your full potential.
