Your Role
You will be responsible for leading our sales organization, implementing corporate policies and programs to achieve maximum sales and recruiting volume, providing leadership and coaching to field sales hierarchy within assigned sales organization, motivating the field force to consistently deliver and exceed Aflac revenue and performance objectives, and developing an annual operations budget for assigned sales organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10 years of professional job-related work experience, 5 years management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, incredibly proactive with strong follow through ability
- Solid leadership experience, strong track record of developing and maintaining senior-level client relationships
