Compensation

The expected base pay rate for this role will be $32.96 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.

Sign-on Bonus

A sign-on bonus will be paid out in three payments: $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year. If employment is terminated at any time during the first year of employment, any remaining bonus payments will not be paid.
