Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/House Manager to maintain and oversee the daily operations of our residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage household tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Wash, dry, iron, and neatly organize clothing, linens, and towels.
  • Organization and Decluttering: Maintain organized closets, cabinets, and storage areas; declutter as needed.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean countertops, appliances, and cabinets; ensure the kitchen is spotless after meals.
  • Bed and Linen Care: Change and make beds regularly, ensuring fresh linens and a tidy setup.
  • Bathroom Sanitization: Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs; restock toiletries and supplies.
  • Trash and Recycling Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling daily.
  • Seasonal Deep-Cleaning: Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet shampooing, and cleaning baseboards and light fixtures.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high cleaning and organizational standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage household inventory, coordinate schedules, and maintain efficient household routines.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, anticipate household needs, and take initiative without supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with family members and service providers.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing household needs and a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for errands and transportation).
  • Discretion and Professionalism: Respect for family privacy and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
