Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven & Gas Station in Sterling, VA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Operate cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and lottery management.
- Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency, including sales floor merchandising, food service management, cooler merchandising, and vendor check-ins.
- Communicate daily issues and challenges with management and ensure PMG policies and procedures are executed.
- Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect, supporting management in other tasks and assignments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior cashier experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
