Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified OTR Tanker Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver with Wynne Transport Service, Inc., you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tanker truck across the country, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Submit customer paperwork and deposits, including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Inspect vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Maintain a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
  • Class A CDL without the following restrictions: Manual (E), Air brakes (L,Z), Night driving (G), No semi-trailer (O), Intrastate only (K) or Medical variance (M).
  • Clean motor vehicle license.
  • 2 years of recent driving preferred. 12 months minimum of recent driving experience. 12 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 5 years. Experience must be with a 36 ft. trailer minimum.
  • TWIC must be obtained by OTR drivers.
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card.
  • Pass a urine drug test.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
