We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a leading provider of educational and healthcare staffing solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients and candidates.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working in schools is preferred, but not required.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on speech and language development.

Requirements:

  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or CFY.
  • Experience working in schools is preferred.
