Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, utilizing your knowledge of mixology and attention to detail to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Engage with guests, recommending drinks and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available and properly stocked.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of glassware and bar equipment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Bartender.
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, with the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure, with high energy and stamina.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required, with the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays.
  • Certified in responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
