Job Title: Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at CrossMed Allied. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing mammography procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Job Summary:

This is a travel assignment for a Mammography Technologist to work in Edmonds, Washington. The assignment will last for 13 weeks, with a 40-hour workweek. The job requires a strong understanding of mammography procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography procedures, including breast imaging and biopsy
  • Maintain equipment, including mammography machines and related accessories
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull
