Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Team Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Investment Team, you will be responsible for providing operational support and assistance to our investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Investment Team in addressing reporting questions, data gathering, investment analysis, and other tasks.
  • Use software to input data and generate analysis of portfolios and investments for new and existing clients.
  • Act as an intermediary between the investment team and other departments, including compliance, marketing, and advisors.
  • Perform investment team operational functions, such as:
    • Security classification
    • 401(k)/pension/client reporting
    • Creating, updating, and maintaining investment team calculators & Excel tools
    • Executing share class exchanges
    • Performance reporting & data gathering on internal investment strategies
    • Compliance/investment reviews for retirement account rollovers
    • Assisting in internal studies/research on investment and economic topics

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Excel spreadsheets is required.
  • Ability to communicate well and complete recurring monthly and quarterly projects.
  • Ability to work out of one of our office locations (Oklahoma City, Dallas, San Antonio, Charlotte, or Old Lyme CT) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, Tamarac, and Morningstar is a plus.
  • An understanding of investment planning and/or study in relevant fields is preferred.
