Job Description
    4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the company's geospatial data systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with geographic information systems and wants to contribute to a dynamic team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Perform advanced GIS analysis, database design, and modeling
    * Work closely with the IS GIS Support group to resolve technical issues and provide support to internal customers
    * Develop methods and perform quality assurance/quality control on GIS and non-spatial data to meet quality goals
    * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on GIS projects and solution definition workshops
    * Identify training requirements and create and maintain training documentation
    * Analyze current business processes and recommend best practice solutions using Model Builder/Python scripting or other tools

    Requirements:
    * Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases
    * Thorough understanding of Esri ArcGIS
    * Experience with batch files and Python scripts
    * Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

    We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
