Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified Commercial Litigation Attorney. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid history of achievements in commercial litigation, with experience in motions for summary judgment, motions to compel discovery, and overseeing cases from initiation to conclusion. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating settlements, along with a strategic approach to litigation, is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee a varied caseload of commercial litigation issues
- Draft, submit, and present motions in court
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
- Offer strategic legal counsel to clients on complex litigation issues

Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active admission to the state bar in good standing
