Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled State Vehicle Inspector to join our team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of motor vehicles to ensure compliance with state regulations and emission standards.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. As a State Vehicle Inspector, you will work closely with our service consultants and technicians to identify any issues or needed repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect automotive vehicles to ensure compliance with emission standards and governmental regulations
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues or needed repairs
  • Verify and approve or deny vehicular inspection results and issue inspection stickers as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles inspected and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with service consultants and technicians to address customer concerns and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance
