Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee construction projects from initial concept through to completion.

  • Expertise in building materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software tools.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective and plan strategically.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Exceptional time management and project oversight skills.
  • A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
