**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at EagleCare LLC. As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for implementing speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patients to assess their communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with center staff, clients, and their families/caregivers
- Contribute to case management and discharge planning
- Provide services for patients in all settings, including inpatient and outpatient
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
