Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and patient interviews.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patients' specific needs.
Provide therapy to improve patients' communication skills and swallowing abilities.
Educate patients and their families about the nature of disorders and therapy techniques.
