Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at LTC Therapy Services. As a leading provider of skilled nursing care, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact on patient rehabilitation.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our Physical Therapist will work in a renowned skilled nursing facility, providing exceptional personalized care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify needs and establish individualized treatment plans of care
  • Motivate patients during treatment to assist them in functioning optimally while promoting healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Requirements
  • An active state Physical Therapist license is required
  • Unlimited employee referral bonus of up to $1,000 each
  • Multiple locations offered for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunity at additional locations
  • This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency
