Job Title: Emergency Department Travel Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse. This is a 13-week assignment in Olympia, Washington, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour night shifts.

Job Requirements:
  • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department

As an Emergency Department Travel Nurse, you will work with a diverse team of caregivers to evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. You should have experience and skill caring for patients in a fast-paced, urgent, and emergency environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic bedside care.
  • Clean and bandage wounds.
  • Provide IV therapy.
  • Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
  • Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

You should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty. You should also be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times.

Requirements:
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, 2 Years
