Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process and product development.
- Troubleshoot operational issues using data-driven approaches.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving safety, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and conduct training programs to elevate the technical expertise of team members.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of capital projects.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Rolling Mill environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects.

Preferred Skills:
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Metallurgy is preferred.
- Experience with capital projects and process optimization is a plus.
- Must have recommendations from supervisors and managers, and be capable of performing all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
