Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Food Service Director to join our team at Levy. As a leader in the culinary industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality control. This role requires a strong background in menu development, food safety, and team management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary position, with a strong understanding of food trends and guest preferences. A culinary degree is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our diverse guest base
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality control
* Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service
* Work closely with the purchasing and finance teams to manage budgets and negotiate prices
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
