Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
  • Coating Application: Apply coatings to products/parts using standard methods, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Quality Control: Perform in-line quality checks to ensure that established quality standards are being maintained.
  • Paint Preparation: Prepare paint and coatings for application, including mixing, thinning, and applying.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean equipment used in the painting and finishing process.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as painting and finishing or surface preparation.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of painting and finishing techniques.
