Electromechanical Assembly Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly and Inspection Specialist to join our team at Advance Sourcing Concepts, LLC.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of products, including wiring harnesses, cables, and electronic alarm and monitoring systems.

• Assemble complex electro-mechanical products with precision and attention to detail.
  
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product design.
  

• 
  
• Assembly: Assemble and test products, including wiring harnesses, cables, and electronic alarm and monitoring systems.
  
• Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  

• 
  
• Education: Diploma from a technical institution or equivalent work experience (2 years).
  
• Skills: Working knowledge of wires/cables, excellent soldering skills, and experience with IPC/WHMA standard 620C.
  
• Tools and Equipment: Proficient in using power and non-power hand tools, including drill presses, metal cutting devices, and ultrasonic welding.
  
• Testing and Quality Control: Experience with resistance, hi-pot, continuity, and computerized testing using tools like DVM/DMM.

• Experience: Familiarity with piston engine functions and design, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical schematics, integrated circuits, electronic components, and their functions.
  

• 
  
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  
• Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.
