Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Associate to join our team at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide clerical support, receptionist services, and unit resource functions to support your colleagues. This is a full-time night shift position working 7pm-7am, EOW, with rotating holidays.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support services, including chart audits, scheduling, and supply management.
  • Exhibit proficient knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and assist with chart reviews.
  • Support department/unit staff scheduling, including lunch assignments and reviewing medical records for outstanding orders.
  • Order supplies and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, receive and screen incoming calls, and perform safety/environmental rounds.
