Becoming a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist with Urgent Team Management is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic healthcare team in Fort Smith, AR. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will perform x-ray testing, including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. You will also operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, and prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures. Additionally, you will assist with patient transfers, procedures directly supervised by the provider, and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care.

We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 per year, which includes additional pay for rotating shifts and weekends. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision options, retirement savings plans, continuing education reimbursement, paid time off, and more. PRN benefits include a 401K plan with company contribution and no-cost office visits.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, BLS Certification, AR State X-Ray License, and ARRT Certification preferred. Experience as a Medical Assistant is also beneficial.
