Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree
- Active medical license in any state
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient simulations, develop radiation treatment plans, and prescribe necessary treatments.
- Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight for mid-level practitioners, physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and other assigned clinical staff.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Radiation Oncology Service and other departments to support and implement policies, performance objectives, and strategic initiatives.
- Strive to enhance patient care within the Medical Center.
- Design and execute treatment plans tailored to meet specific patient objectives.
- Assess, monitor, and report on treatment outcomes.
- Deliver services in a cost-effective, high-quality manner.
- Participate in shared on-call responsibilities.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
