Position Summary:
The Reserve at Pearland Senior Living Community is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness of residents' apartments and shared spaces as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute general cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, and communal areas.
- Prepare apartments for new residents as directed.
- Engage in annual cleaning schedules.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly in line with departmental protocols.
- Report any relevant resident issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of housekeeping carts and vacuums.
- Participate in energy conservation initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
