We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at SolaVieve Technologies GmbH. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one and group consultations to identify and empower clients' desired outcomes.
- Create personalized exercise prescriptions and program designs tailored to each client's needs.
- Work with clients to introduce them to our personal training packages and provide guidance on safety concerns.
- Arrange follow-up consultations and referrals as necessary.
- Participate in inter-professional team meetings to incorporate clients' needs into the overall care plan.
- Engage in professional development activities to ensure excellence in exercise care provision.
- College degree in a fitness-related field (Personal Training, Sport Science, or Fitness Training) is preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: Fitness certification, including Personal Training, or group training certification, with the ability to work across country borders.
- Master's degree in a health-related field is a bonus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in providing personal training and fitness classes.
Skills and Abilities- Possesses outstanding judgment in personal training and coaching.
- Has a deep knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to advanced training sessions.
- Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English).
- Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics.
- Mindful of our solution-focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes.
- Ability to explain complex health-related phenomena in a simple and practical manner.
- Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to work towards and meet deadlines.
- Possesses knowledge of research procedures, methods, techniques, statistical principles, measurement theories, and data collection instruments (preferred).
- Hands-on experience and the opportunity for personal and professional development.
