Skilled Sheet Metal Estimator for HVAC Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal Estimator to join our client's dynamic team in the HVAC industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for sheet metal projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.

You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to review bid documents and determine project requirements, conduct comprehensive analysis of construction drawings and specifications to identify scope of work and potential risks.

A strong technical knowledge of various mechanical systems and construction methods is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey project requirements and negotiate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven working experience in construction estimating or related field, knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, and construction details/design.

The salary for this role is estimated at $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including bonuses, 401k, ESOP, and health insurance.
