Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Sales Associates/Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for leading clients through their experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that our high standards are met and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

You will set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching each day as if hosting a party. This includes troubleshooting any reservation system issues, making changes to client profiles, optimizing appointments, and checking notes to ensure client needs are met.

Maintaining overall shop cleanliness is also a key responsibility, including conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping the front desk and bar area clean. You will also be responsible for keeping the shop looking fresh by performing tasks such as dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves, and other similar duties.
