* Active state license (BC or BE required)
* NRP and ACLS certification
* Average of 6 C-sections in a year, 8 deliveries in a month
* Procedures logs within the last 2 years with emphasis on C-sections
* Credentialing and DEA registration
* Paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses
