Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to develop and implement engaging hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and family members through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the education, health, and welfare of classroom members and the entire center community by adhering to ECERS/ITERS standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 13 preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprinting, references, and medical clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and bend to meet the physical demands of the job.
