About the Role:

The Salon Manager at Great Clips is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and excellence in a fast-paced salon environment. As a Salon Manager, you will be expected to lead a team of stylists, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service

  • Collaborate with the salon owner to set goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
