Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in managing and maintaining our enterprise applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate the work supporting large-scale corporate and enterprise-level information systems.
  • Provide advanced technical leadership on integrating complex existing or new information system technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to accomplish tasks and established objectives.
  • Prepare operating budgets and review ongoing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Manage the coordination of complex projects with other City departments, project teams, and agencies.
Requirements
  • Graduation with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to Information or Computer Science.
  • Three years of experience in a related field, including two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience may substitute for education up to four years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise applications lifecycle management experience.
  • Leading and developing technology teams.
  • Manage/support applications and customer-facing solutions.
  • Major-incident management.
Working Conditions

This position is classified as exempt and may require working additional hours outside of the normal schedule to include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
