The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders. They will also conduct monthly safety meetings, schedule and perform preventative maintenance, and manage OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.

Maintaining grounds and professional appearance of the property is another key responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor. They will also manage vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent field required
  • Maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator desired
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to input data and notes in English into tracking systems
  • If property operates a golf cart or other motorized vehicle, must have a driver's license and carry insurance
