Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a nursing-related field
• Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
• Willingness to work every other weekend and as needed for call shifts
