The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care in a 260-bed hospital, working 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
An active Ohio Pharmacist license is essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant hospital experience at the time of application.
Recent graduates or those primarily with retail experience will not qualify. Familiarity with Epic/Willow systems is advantageous.Position Urgency:
