Director of Nordic Athletics

The Nordic Program at Sugar Bowl Academy is designed to provide student-athletes with a comprehensive and challenging experience, combining rigorous training and competition with opportunities for personal growth and development.

As the Nordic Program Director and Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of this program, working closely with coaches, parents, and student-athletes to achieve our goals.

• To develop and implement a long-term athlete development model, focusing on the physical, technical, tactical, mental, social, and equipment management aspects of athlete development.
• To recruit, interview, and select talented student-athletes who align with SBA's mission and values.
• To design and implement training programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that all student-athletes receive a high-quality education and athletic experience.
• To collaborate with other departments within SBA to ensure a cohesive approach to athlete development and program delivery.

Compensation Package: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
