We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Health and Environmental Specialist to join our team as a Regional SHES Program Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Safety Health Environmental and Security (SHES) programs across the East region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SHES programs, with experience in conducting compliance reviews, implementing safety programs, training employees, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. They will also be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company, demonstrate strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analysis skills, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

This position will report directly to the SHES Director and will not have direct reports. However, they will be expected to work collaboratively with Corporate SHES team members to develop, implement, and monitor key performance metrics to measure performance and evaluate SHES program effectiveness within the region.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing priorities and demands, and will be able to maintain confidentiality and support company values.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SHES programs across the East region, including conducting compliance reviews, implementing safety programs, training employees, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company, including location managers and APC employees.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve SHES program effectiveness and reduce risks.
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate SHES team members to develop, implement, and monitor key performance metrics to measure performance and evaluate SHES program effectiveness within the region.
