Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional clinical expertise and compassionate care in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and prioritizing incoming patients efficiently.
- Conducting thorough nursing assessments and stabilizing patients as needed.
- Delivering direct nursing care and overseeing non-licensed staff within the RN's scope of practice.
- Providing patient education and follow-up care instructions.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state licensure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- BLS and ALS certifications.
- EPNC (or PALS) certification and TNCC or ATCN certification within one year of hire.
