About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at MaineHealth. This role will provide administrative support and patient care services in a fast-paced Family Medicine environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to healthcare professionals
  • Perform various clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achieved within one year of eligibility
  • One year of experience as a Medical Assistant or 6 months of experience and certification required

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (based on location and experience)
