Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes
  • Verify payroll time sheets and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Manage daily and weekly paperwork, including attendance, vacation requests, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate safety and plant policies
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report any suspicious situations or abnormalities
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role in the poultry industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Successful supervisory skills, writing skills, creative and effective problem-solving skills, and basic knowledge of computers and related software
