Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Advantage Surgical and Wound Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management of complex wounds, burns, and ostomies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds, burns, and ostomies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound care and management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in wound care
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care and management
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
