We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Big Mike's BBQ Smokehouse Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the preparation and presentation of all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and following proper food storage and waste management procedures
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve efficient service delivery and ensuring seamless communication throughout shifts

You will be required to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet the demands of a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.

We offer an attractive salary range of $23,000 - $30,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
