Job Summary

StepStone Hospitality Inc. is seeking a Hotel Reception Agent to join our team. This is a front desk position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Issue room keys and provide directions to guests
  • Sort and track incoming mail and messages
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services and amenities

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
