Campus Investment Operations Summer Associate

Capital Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Operations Summer Associate to join our team in Irvine, California. As a Summer Associate, you will work closely with our experienced investment professionals to support the investment operations process and gain valuable experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment professionals through trade processing and settlement
- Monitor trading activity and investment decisions to ensure compliance with client, internal, and regulatory guidelines
- Execute necessary checks and controls to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Maintain funds' books and records and ensure calculation of funds' prices and distributions
- Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes that touch all parts of investment operations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating in Spring 2026
- Foundational knowledge of Excel and comfort in large number sets
- Strong sense of attention to detail
- Focus on customer experience and collaboration with team members to produce superior results
- Continuous learner with a hunger for knowledge and numbers
