POSITION DETAILS:
Job Type: Part-Time, Flexible Schedule
Availability Requirements:
  • Must be available during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Minimum of 3 weekday evenings required
  • Weekend availability is preferred but not mandatory
  • High demand areas include: Alhambra, Pasadena, Temple City, La Puente
Compensation: $18-$27 per hour based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: A Behavioral Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician will:
  • Provide individualized, in-home behavioral interventions to clients in alignment with their treatment plans.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of client progress using electronic data collection tools.
  • Communicate patient progress to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA), implementing feedback during therapy sessions.
  • Engage actively in sessions, frequently moving and adjusting to the client's behaviors and movements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and remain active throughout therapy sessions.
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius from the office.
  • Comfortable using iPads and the Apple ecosystem.
  • Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check (DOJ/FBI).
  • Passing a tuberculosis test is mandatory.
