Apprentice Mixologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Bartender- Catering to join our team at Wynn Resorts. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.

• Participate in short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and improve overall guest experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
