Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the vibrant South Amboy area.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable healthcare company, Soliant Health.
- The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or be eligible to obtain CCC.
- New Jersey state licensure or eligibility for licensure is also required.
- Prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting is preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is highly valued.
About the Role:
- You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
- You will develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
- You will implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve patients' speech, language, cognition, and swallowing skills.
- You will monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
