At Martin-Brower, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve vendor statement discrepancies
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for associates and other departments
  • Communicate financial practices and bookkeeping procedures to employees, management, and suppliers
  • Create procedural documents for job responsibilities and lead information gathering projects
  • Perform three-way match for payment of purchase order invoices and process payment requests for non-purchase order expense invoices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0 to 1 year of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 4 years of specific experience
  • Preferred: Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
