Kitchen Tune-Up Castle Rock is expanding and is in search of a seasoned trim carpenter with a wealth of experience in kitchen renovations. We specialize in minor kitchen remodels and cabinet refacing, and we are eager to find dedicated and detail-oriented professionals who prioritize customer satisfaction and efficiency in project completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Punctually arrive at job sites wearing company-branded attire and suitable work clothing.
- Utilize your carpentry skills on innovative kitchen projects.
- Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints for every assignment.
- Maintain an organized work area and perform daily clean-up.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager regarding job progress.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project timelines.
- Experience in mentoring and training junior cabinet carpenters/installers.
- Ability to assist with kitchen design, measurements, project documentation, and installation tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in installing, shimming, and modifying both existing and new cabinets.
- Skilled in installing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes & slides, and decorative hardware.
- Capable of safely operating power tools, including table saws, miter saws, routers, various nail guns, and hand tools.
- Desire to work within the Douglas County area and its surroundings.
- Willingness to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work on the first attempt.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record and no physical limitations to perform required tasks.
- Clear criminal background with adherence to a zero-tolerance drug policy.
- All necessary tools, supplies, and materials are provided.
